1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"done222" / "the Platform"	The online casino and sports betting platform operated at done222.app, including all associated games, services, and features.
"Player" / "You" / "User"	Any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the done222 platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The registered player account held by an individual on the done222 platform, used to deposit funds, place bets, and access services.
"Balance"	The aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a player's done222 account at any given time.
"Bonus Funds"	Any promotional credits, free spins value, or incentive amounts credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
"Real Funds"	Funds deposited directly by the player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or bank transfer, denominated in PKR.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or Passport before withdrawal processing.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real funds.
"Prohibited Activity"	Any action that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform as described in Section 8.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and done222. By completing the registration process and creating an account, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 Use of the done222 platform without completing registration — including browsing game lobbies or accessing publicly available promotional content — is also subject to these Terms to the extent applicable.

2.3 done222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.4 These Terms should be read alongside done222's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and done222.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3.1 To be eligible to register and use the done222 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate or legal entity;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of done222;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the done222 platform.

3.2 done222 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if age cannot be confirmed, permanent account closure.

3.3 Any winnings accrued by a player who is subsequently found to be under the age of 21 will be voided in full. done222 accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage players who have misrepresented their age during registration.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one done222 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same CNIC, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or Passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your done222 login credentials. done222 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to done222 support immediately.

4.4 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, players must complete KYC verification by submitting a clear copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC or Passport. done222 may also request proof of payment method or proof of address at its discretion. KYC documents are reviewed within 48 business hours of submission.

4.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. done222 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will not be reduced below zero.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. done222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by done222 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission on business days. Processing times after approval depend on the selected payment method and typically range from same-day (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) to 3–5 business days (bank transfer). done222 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified done222 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. done222 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

5.5 Deposit Reversals. done222 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player during a deposit transaction. Players are advised to verify all payment details carefully before confirming any transaction.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 done222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty reward credits. The specific terms of each offer — including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, and expiry date — are communicated at the time the offer is presented and form a binding supplement to these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real funds. Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit amount). Contributions from different game categories toward wagering requirements vary and are set out in the specific offer terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. done222 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting an error or bug in the platform to gain an unfair bonus advantage; placing bets that do not constitute genuine gambling activity for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer more than once; and any coordinated strategy intended to extract bonus value without genuine risk.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that have not been used or for which wagering requirements have not been met by the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically with no compensation.

6.5 done222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect a bonus that a player has already validly claimed and is in the process of fulfilling.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Fairness. 7.3 System Errors. 7.4 Sports Betting. Cricket betting, including PSL markets and international fixtures, is subject to done222's specific sports betting rules applicable at the time of bet placement. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or restricted at any time during an event.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by done222 from time to time.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the done222 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as an individual under the age of 21 or providing false age information;
• Registering or operating more than one player account;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live dealer games;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the done222 platform;
• Using another player's account or allowing another person to use your account;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider without first contacting done222 support.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 done222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

10. Intellectual Property

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the done222 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. 10.3 The done222 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of done222. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3 done222's aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude done222's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your done222 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be removed and associated bonus funds forfeited. Verified real-fund balances will be refunded to your confirmed payment method following KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by done222. done222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity is suspected;
• A player is found or suspected to be under 21 years of age;
• A player has registered multiple accounts;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure;
• The account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

12.3 Where an account is closed due to a material breach by the player, done222 reserves the right to void all balances, including real-fund deposits, where such deposits have been commingled with fraudulently obtained funds or bonus abuse proceeds.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which done222 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

13.2 Complaints Procedure. 14. Changes to These Terms

14.1 done222 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, done222 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

14.2 The revised Terms will take effect 7 days after publication unless the change is required by law or regulatory authority, in which case the change takes effect immediately upon publication.

14.3 If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using the done222 platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.1. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
